They have. Responsive support team. But dosent give you alternatives to help in some situations. And lack of info. When. You buy. , in my case the order took a long time. Becouse it must to be import to US from grrmany. And then to my place. Aslo they dont estimate the cost / rates of import fees. ( other stores do). Is an average store

I placed an order for shourn Reges 1 for $137, the order showed up after two weeks with poor workmanship and major defects. Such as crooked lenses set in the frame, right Lense was rotating in its socket, minor chip on the right lense, screw and nuts were cut uneven and protruded too far outside, the item was returned, it was suggested to upgrade the lense for another $104, which I did.. I revived one email telling me the order was mailed and another that the frame is not available. I canceled the order in order to rethink. I was charged for the lenses $40 and 20% to restock the frame total of $60..i was charged for cool frame poor workmanship and defective product.. Poor taste and experience... WaS it worth it the hassle and expenses?,you be the judge....

On March 22 I ordered a Silhoutte frame priced at $201.00.The next day I received an email from Amazon offering the same frame for $178.72. Your web site claims you will match prices from another vendor. I sent several emails to Cool Frames questioning your price match policy, and I received no response. I would have expected the courtesy of a response even if the answer was no. VERY DISSATISFIED

Awesome! They had the exact frames I wanted unlike at the eye doctor. I sent them my prescription and everything went perfect.
