Still did not get my items or my refund. Customer service was very rude.

Will never order from this company again. Very restrictive return policy, won’t work with customer, even to exchange a pair of glasses they charge an exorbitant restocking fee. Extremely disappointing customer service and flexibility.

I was reluctant when purchasing a pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses due to mixed reviews. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with purchase!! I’d recommend CoolFrames! Authentic frames for less than you’d pay at a retail store.

Frames fit great, I can see, cheap and came quickly. Didn’t have to go in to a store! Will have to claim as “out of network” but still worth it for the hassle saved of not having to go in to a store.
