The best place ever to purchase your glasses. By far the best deal and the fastest I have ever received glasses. The prescription is perfect. This is my first time wearing progressive lenses and I absolutely love them! I will only use cool frames from now on to order my glasses. A perfect experience!

Well, this was my first experience at eyeglasses ordered online. I got tired of the same old looks that the stores offered. So I wanted an upgrade from what I was used too. So I ordered from Cooframes. I ordered Cartier at that... All I can say is that I uploaded my prescription and ordered my frames. I was reluctant, I won't even kid you because I spent a lot of money, but I am 100% satisfied. I love my glasses, they fit perfectly, they looked like the picture and I will be ordering my second pair from them. I love that I can get unique and high-end glasses. Customer service was wonderful. I called customer service because it took 14 days to get my glasses. Then again, I ordered transitional and progressive prescription lenses with a lot of bells and scratch resistant whistles. So I had to contact customer services twice, and the reps were very professional. I love my glasses. I referred my son to them. I am not going to refer anyone if it isn't legit. I received authentic high-end glasses . NO COMPLAINTS HERE!

Miserable customer service, poor products, untruthful advertising and crappy product.

Had a terrible experience recieving my glasses, took almost an extra week to send my frames. No apologies, common courtesy or any acknowledgement of the inconsiderate inconvenience created by coolframes. They completely handled the situation without care for clientel, especially this being my first time as a customer with cool frames, customer service is extremely poor and not considerate. Just happy my glasses are finally on the way, mist likely I will never purchase from coolframes again.

Terrible customer service. Unclear expectations when purchasing, it took weeks for them to arrive. Then the prescription was not correct. Again, horrible horrible customer service. I am having to pay the 20% restocking fee for lenses. Never asked if I liked the frames and did not attempt to remedy the situation. The person even confused $20 and 20% by email. It would make more sense if it had been a computer auto-responding.

Horrible customer service from management. Totally ignored my situation by not responding after I reached out several times. DO NOT BUY THE BLUE TECHNOLOGY!! It has a purple hue and will look horrible in pictures etc. that was not in the description. Also the frames I received are not the same that I had previously tried on at an actual store. Looks like a knock off.

Coolframes sent me a pair of bent glasses. I sent them back. The exchanged pair was also bent, and furthermore had chipped paint on the front and splotchy powder coating on the temple. I sent them back again. It's insane to think their techs somehow missed these issues, but that's what you get when buying online from this company I wound up going with a different make/model for the third attempt (I had to complain in order to get Coolframes to waive the bogus "processing fee" they tried to assess me for their error and still had to pay for packaging/shipping). When I took them to my local optometrist, we noticed those frames weren't straight either and could see tool markings on them from the novice who mounted the lenses. We surmised that Coolframes clearly sells B-stock glasses and can't be bothered with quality control when taking your money from you. Nobody from Coolframes ever said sorry for their continuous errors, and their cut-n-paste responses spoke volumes about their shady corporate culture. This whole affair took months--I should have just used my local guy and gotten these glasses both cheaper and faster. I would give Coolframes negative infinity stars for their outright negligence, innumerable delays, and caviler attitude, and heartily recommend you avoid this company at all costs. You will play Russian roulette with your frames while having money tied up in the lenses, you will stand in line at the post office for the privilege of shipping multiple return boxes at your own expense, you will wait for days for customer support to send you a monosyllabic response to the many pictures you took of the defective frames they tried to sell you that any other retailer wouldn't have dreamed of passing off to their customers as new/satisfactory, and you will never hear Coolframes take any responsibility whatsoever.
