All New Glasses!
I had lenses replaced in my favorite glasses after scratching a lens DIYing. The woman adjusting the glasses really bent the frame hard, and a week later the frame broke. I found you online, and am thrilled with the result- new lenses and now new frames!

Timely lens replacement
I inadvertently chose lenses that were highly reflective and Coolframes accepted my return and replaced the lenses for only the cost of the upgrade. Glasses are now perfect, communication during the process was great and everything was done on a very timely basis! Thanks Coolframes!
