My son broke his frames and/or optician did not have the same frames anymore so we found them on your site. The price was fair. They came quickly and were perfect.

I ordered frames because I thought they were "in stock" and paid for extra priority shipping. They had to order frames and took several days. A signature was also required for delivery I was NOT told about. Besides this my order was correct.

Love my exclusive pink Versace shades. Cool frames had it when no other site did. I will be purchasing again😌

Because they are frameless the shape of the frame wasn't visible. A little better picture would have helped

Not the actual frame I ordered. Had a little problem with the delivery, delivery attempted but not clear where to get it,ended up paying another courier fee in my local postal office.

Customer service was excellent. She explained everything for me and her eta was perfect.

Ordered from coolframes.CA, so naturally assumed I wouldn't receive duties. Wrong... was still managed to get hit with duties in which case I never would have ordered from your site. Super deceptive given the url itself is ".ca". I paid almost $50 for express shipping (fastest available option).... the glasses still took 5 BUSINESS days from the time they were shipped until I received them (Nov 20th = shipped, Nov 27 = delivered)... what did I pay for exactly? Lastly and most importantly, I didn't order the antiglare coating (ordering glasses online - how would I know?). These glasses are essentially useless now. No one will add the anti-glare coating since they're already polished and I've since learnt its terrible, and can be DANGEROUS for your eyes to have without..... Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars. I would.

I can see clearly. This company is obviously using trusted sources to have their lenses made exactly to my Doctors specs. Thank you
