This is my second pair of frames from Cool Frames and I am again very happy with the frames, and my overall experiences purchasing from them. I had an issue this time with the wrong case being sent, and customer service was wonderful, replied quickly and resolved the issue immediately. I will continue to shop for my frames with them in the future.

I am a returning customer. I just order frames since I prefer to fill my prescription locally. My orders were all filled quickly and the prices were great. Cool Frames wasn't able to fill my last order because the frames in the color I wanted were discontinued. Cool Frames notified me quickly by email and telephone and refunded my charge quickly.

Great product, quick delivery.

The glasses were exactly as expected. Not sure how they can sell Tom Ford and was concerned they would be fakes but they seem like the real deal. I also did not realize it was USFunds. So that added 40% so they were the same price as Tom Ford. I paid for 2 days shipping and it took a week. So I would just buy from Tom Ford next time.
