Placed an order on the 11th of September and on the 16th of September they let me know that the frames I ordered were discontinued.

It's my very first ordering Frames online and I was very concerned, especially when everyone was telling me to be careful and not do it. Excellent website providing measurements and model numbers... got the exact frames I needed after breaking the original frames. My local eyeglasses place closed so I could not go back there. You allowed me to reuse my lenses. Thank you also for the best prices with the discount and reasonable shipping cost.

I ordered what I thought would be prescription lens and they came with no script in them just the frames. When I notified the company about returning the lens they said they would only return 20% of my money back. Not sure why that would be because the frames could be sold, they are no new and don't have a script in them. I was very dissatisfied with your company. I put my script in for the lens and not sure what happened or why they came to me with no script. Now it's going to cost me another 45.00 to put prescription lens in the frames. Not happy customer in Alexandria, VA!!!
