The lens for my new glasses were not correctly installed and kept falling out. After repeated attempts to fix (I even took to a local eye glass store), the lenses continued to fall out. I contacted CoolFrames several times regarding this problem and sent my glasses back for repair (I live in another state). To my surprise, I was told that I had to pay a processing fee for them to correct this problem with my new glasses. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I was terribly disappointed in this response from CoolFrames. I will not be using again!

The black on the frames from my Tap Out glasses began to peel off. Cool frames was responsive and replaced the frames free of charge which were less than a year old and under warranty. My only complaint is they charged $9.95 for shipping. Since the frames were defective, they should have covered that and recouped their full replacement cost through the manufacturer.

Your company did great getting me my frames. I have purchased these frames twice before. Yes, this is my 3rd pair, but I haven't purchased them from you until now. The first 2 pair actually broke where the screw part is. They actually came apart and I'm really hoping that this doesn't happen with these.

I wish all companies online were as easy to work with as CoolFrames! My purchase arrived in a timely manner. I did have to return my purchase, but it was hassle free and my refund was back in my account in just a few days. My only complaint is that a 20% Restocking Charge seems a bit steep to me. Having said that, I would rather pay this fee and have the great service and integrity shown by this company. I would recommend this company over and above other eyeglass companies that I have tried in the past. Thank you, CoolFrames!

I called to verify the frame had spring hinges. I was told yes and they do NOT have spring hinges.

Their service was absolutely magnificent. I ordered the wrong set of glasses online, so I called them and they fixed the problem immediately. They got me the right pair of glasses and sent the price different back super quick. I recommend them to anyone !!!!!!

I had new lenses put in my old frames and of course the old ones broke. I ordered the same frames to reuse the lenses. They were in stock and arrived quickly. I’m very happy with my new frames and speed that I was back wearing my sunglasses.
