Fantastic glasses
Fantastic glasses, only downside was the import duties which i wasnt made aware off.

great deal for a guy with a larger head(face)
transaction was smooth and the eyeglasses were of very good quality. It was hard to find a large enough size for my head at the Dr.'s office, so I turned to cool frames that let me search by size requirements and VOILA!!!!! Plus these frames were half the price as the office.

Cannot ask for better personnel and products
Cannot ask for better personnel. Choices are fantastic. Pricing is phenomenal including the high end frames. If my insurance does what it's suppose to do, my Versace frames will cost me $100.00. And they are gorgeous. Best company for glasses/sunglasses,etc. Just absolutely wonderful and I contacted many times and I was treated so very well. Will definitely tell everyone to go to Cool Frames and when I can, plan on getting with them again. Great pricing with great quality.

Great Frame Selection
Frames were wexactly as described and the website allows great narrowing of options from all the selection criteria.

I love your glasses frames but Costco …
I love your glasses frames but Costco broke my frames putting in the lenses. Their fault or weak plastic ?
