I’m very pleased with my glasses!! They came in the mail a little later than they were supposed to but that’s my only complaint. Everything else is great. Frames and lenses are wonderful.

Very easy transaction and fast delivery

2nd time reviewing no response from the first one. Excellent customer service, my frames weren't in stock but they ordered them for me. Also great followup on an IT problem with the site in the middle of my order. Don't know why I was charged for an eyeglass cleaning and repair kit I didn't order though. 10/1 I rec'd a response 9/30 but no acknowledgement of the eyeglass cleaning and repair kit I didn't order. I called about it last week and the woman I spoke with was very rude about it. She said the box was checked by me to order an extra eyeglass repair kit and there was nothing she could do about that after 90 days. I tried to explain to her there was a problem with their system and I had to receive extra help to get my order to process. She wasn't willing to listen to me and didn't care if I took my business elsewhere. And seriously overpriced repair kit you would get for maybe $5 at least twice that much.

The glasses are really nice , shipping Buick and the price was good. However , they were not the glasses I thought I was ordering! I think the problem was that there weren’t enough photos on the site to insure I was ordering the pair I wanted . The two pair are very similar , but sadly the pair I wanted wasn’t what I ordered.
