I found my favorite frames through coolFrame. They had stop making these frames, and I wanted a back up pair. They were half the price I paid with the first pair. Coolframes staff were super helpful. I'm very please.

Cool Frames- great selection and value! Love my new frames. Took them to Costco. Reframe $25 Charge but well worth it. Amazing savings over MD Optical department, which totally over charged. This is my future plan. I will be back Cool Frames! 😊

The glasses were great, I was just a little disappointed that when I ordered them the site told me it would take 4-6 working days. It took over three weeks, which would have been fine if I'd known (I was hoping to wear them to a couple of events and probably would have bought them at a shop had I known). I'm in Australia and didn't know they were coming from the States. It would have just been good to know when ordering. I also emailed to ask how long they might be and the customer service person wasn't super helpful. I don't usually complain- it was just a little annoying.

thank you for your order, since we do not charge for ground shipping on any initial order we ask for a $9.95 processing fee for any exchanges. we are happy to have been able to exchange your frame please keep in mind that we incur the cost of shipping the product back to our dealer and getting the new one shipped to us on your behalf and then finally shipping the exchanged frame back to you, the cost far exceeds $9.95 we ask for in processing, but we are happy to help.
