Sometimes shipping services can mishandle packages causing them to get damaged after they leave our facility. Hi Ms. Foreman, We're so sorry that your item did not meet your expectations. As per our phone conversation, we always put the Desk seal in the original box with a gold wafer seal to close it and place it in a padded envelope to ship out. We also can see on our paperwork on our end that the seal did impress clearly when we originally packed the item. Although, we know issues can possibly occur during shipping and as we had mentioned we would be happy to redo it free of charge if it is not impressing. We do not want to leave you with a product that is not what you hoped for. Hi, We're so sorry to hear about the experience you had while ordering with us. Please know that it is not right that you were not told about the first time you called about the question on the ordering and the miscommunication that occurred on our end. We always call the customer when they order a larger spine size such as a 2 inch or a 3 inch binder because the actual spine size and ring size are two different sizs. We want to make sure that each customer wants the larger size because while the binder says its a 2 inch binder, the ring is actually 2 inches and the spine is actually 3 inches. Some are not aware and we do not want anyone receive a product they are happy with. We also keep binders on hold until we hear from the customer after leaving a message for them on their order. Also know that we will call the billing phone number because some customers will ship to their customers on certain occasions. By calling the billing phone number, we know that is the person who ordered. There is still no excuse as why you did not receive the correct information the first time and we have reached out to you privately to further discuss this issue.
