Hi DCephus, We're so sorry for any experience that was short of what you deserved. We have spoken to our customer service representatives and apologize if you didn't receive the service you expected. Our business would be nothing without businesses of any size. We appreciate the business from small companies just as much as larger companies and strive to give excellent service to all. We're very sorry if we did not meet the mark in servicing you. Our representative walked you through the ordering process, took the proper information and offered to place the order for you through our website so you did not have to order it yourself. She did in fact do that and put the order in to make it easier for you. She tried her best to fulfill the order and do whatever she could. In regards to the item themselves, we're very sorry that they did not meet your expectations. You ordered the VP Minute books without any customization and blank paper, which didn't meet your expectations. We have contacted you privately about taking the items back and give you a refund if you're unhappy with the quality. We never want anyone to be unhappy with a product they spent their money on so we would be happy to take the items back and issue the credit. Hi, Thank you so much for your feedback on your recent order. We have pulled your order and see that when customer service called for an ending on the entity, you had changed the product from our Slim Line to an E-Kit due to needing a faster shipping speed. Our E-Kit's come in two hours or less so they're perfect if you need it in a hurry. An E-Kit was sent as asked for. If this was confusing , we sincerely apologize. We would be happy to come up with a solution and send you a slimline binder at a reduced cost so you can print out the document from the E-Kit and put them in a binder so you have both the electronic and soft copies. Hi, We're so sorry to hear about the complications with your seal, but we thank you for taking the time to write a review to bring this to our attention. The seal can rip the paper if too much pressure is applied. With our seal only light pressure is needed to get the impression on the paper so a large amount of force could rip the paper. If you're applying light pressure and the paper is still ripping, we would be happy to get you a replacement free of charge. We have sent you an email so if you would like to receive the replacement just simply email us back and we'll get it out for you as soon as we can. Hi, We're so happy to hear that you were happy with the turnaround time, but we're sorry to hear about the tabs not being a little short. We understand the dilemma that sheet protectors can extend over the tabs making it hard to see. We do create extended tabs for our estate planning line that come out a little further, but unfortunately we don't offer them for our corporate kits as they would extend out over the book. We're so sorry about that, but we will use this feedback for the future to see if there is a way an extended tab set could be created. Hi Kent, We're so sorry you had a difficult time navigating the website. We will be creating a more user friendly site next year, but we understand at the present time it can be difficult to navigate. We did pull your order and see that you ordered the blank certificates with no wording on them. If wording is what you would prefer we recommend our standard wording certificates that will have wording on both the front and back of the certificate where as the blank certificates will come completely blank. We will contact you privately to speak more about the item. We're so happy to hear that you did indeed have a timely delivery of the stock certificates. We're sorry the stock certificates were not as you expected, but we would love to speak with you further on how we could direct you to the certificates that better fit what you were looking for.
