Literally stole my money. A return was received almost two months ago and Cpstahas repeatedly told me the refund had been processed. It never was. Had to file a dispute with my cc company. DO NOT BUY SNYTHING FR9M COSTA

Horrible. They don’t stand by their warranty. The rubber components including nose piece. The want to charge $169 for replacement. Last time I used the warranty they charged. I can get the exact pair for less on eBay than they charge for inferior product When Management change to Luxottica, Quality and service tanked. Steer clear, not as good quality as old company.

Costa's warranty process has gone downhill! This used to be a quality company that backed up their products. As a fishing guide, I have historically recommended their products to many............that has certainly changed. I have a $250.00 pair of glasses with workmanship defects (multiple stress cracks along the nose piece) and their online (can't speak to real person anymore) warranty process is worthless. Buy Smith instead, they are still quality and back up thier products.

Bought new sunglasses and got a crack about 1/3 the way up on the left lens. Applied for warranty and was denied claiming it wasn't a defect. That's the only thing it could have been. Will fix for a gracious $123 after I paid $220 for the sunglasses. I rate this as bad customer service.

There customer service far exceeds today’s normal. They are the best at handling anything that I asked them about. Sunglasses need repair send them in and you will be shocked of the quality you get returned to you . Great company to deal with.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Loved my glasses but they didn’t last 5 months before the skinny plastic frame around the glasses broke for no reason. I figured the warranty would cover it but they denied the claim. Terrible customer service. No wonder so many other brands have surpassed them.

Third pair of costa this time with the readers in the bottom for tying hooks. Same issue with each pair, nose guard comes off after a few months and then they break right down the middle. Not sure if it's the sun or sun screen affecting the material but they seem to be getting brittle after a few months in the sun. I will be switching brands.

SO I PURCHASED A PAIR OF SUNGLASSES FROM COSTA HEARD THE WARRANTY WAS WORTH THE MONEY YOU SPEND. KNOWING I ALWAYS BUY SMITH OPTICS BUT WANTED TO SEE IF THEY WERE WORTH THE HYPE. FIRST OFF THE LENSES ARE NOT EVEN AS GOOD AS THE CROMA POP LENSES MUCH LESS THE GLASS SMITH LENSES THEN I HAD A WARRANTY CLAIM AND THEY SAID IT WASNT COVERED AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY BASICALLY FULL PRICE AGAIN. I HAVE BROKE SEVERAL PAIRS OF SMITH OPTICS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS REPLACED THEM. COASTA'S WARRANTY ISNT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WROTE ON AND IF I WAS ANYONE IN THE WORLD LOOKING FOR A GREAT PAIR OF SUNGLASSES I WOULD DEFINATELY NOT PURCHASE COSTA SUNGLASSES. INVESTIGATE ALL WARRANTY INFORMATION THEY ONLY COVER "DEFECTS" AND THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO GET OUT OF COVERING IT!!! DONT BUY COSTA BUY SMITH OPTICS MUCH BETTER PRODUCT AND AN ACTUAL WARRANTY. I WILL NEVER BUY COSTA SUNGLASSES AGAIN!!
