Costa has the WORST customer service. I received a recorded run around. I am spoiled by Maui Jim's REAL in person customer service...Maui Jim is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful above and beyond. Costa is laughable...well it would be if I didn't still need these goofy little parts...which should not have fallen off these expensive sunglasses in the first place. Costa is no good. Spend your money elsewhere.

The worst C S I have ever received. Nose pieces fell off two pair. Filed the claims. Under warranty, will replace blah blah blah. Fist claim went through. Second claim can’t get it to load, C S people say it’s my fault on my end, won’t help etc. rude both on chat and on phone. Have had multiple pairs. I like the glasses but I’m done after this.

I have owned lots of Costas in my life but I will not buy anymore. Since they were bought by oakley everything about them has gone to crap.

Well, it looks like I’ve had the exact opposite experience compared to most of the posters here. Costa has went above and beyond in regards to the customer service I have experienced with them. We are a Costa Del Mar family because we fish. Recently, 2 of my pairs have lost a side of the nose piece. After playing around on their website, I easily created 2 service repair tickets. I took and then uploaded some pictures of the issue with the noise piece. I was surprised how quickly the repairs were approved. They sent 2 prepaid UPS labels that I printed and then I sent the glasses in. Much to my surprise, Costa just decided to replace the glasses fully instead of repairing them! I just received 2 brand new pairs of replacement glasses for $0 extra out of my pocket! It was a quick and painless process. It took only 2.5 weeks from creating the service requests to receiving the new glasses today. I’m excited and a very grateful customer. I will never fish in another pair of sunglasses. They’re the best performing on the water and their customer service was terrific.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COSTA First off warranty is a joke. My glasses were few months old and my arm broke near the tip where the glasses holder goes onto.(lanyard) I ask if I could buy an arm. They said no, not available. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COSTA especially the lifetime workmanship and materials aspect. Zero warranty. All I want is to be able to use the expensive glasses I purchased. Believing that I was protected from defective materials. When it's the workmanship and materials that fail, good name companies radicate these type of issues. Please read all the complaints. As an honest company would go good and at the least want to keep a good name. Very expensive glasses for the ZERO customer satisfaction.

Horrible Customer Service. I purchased a pair of prescription glasses a few years ago. I paid over $600.00 for these glasses and when the temples fell apart, I was told that I needed to send them back to the optometrist. I have moved twice since then so I guess I am just out of luck. Their website chat person was very nice but was unable to help. Way too much money to spend on glasses that cannot be fixed. I am now using a pair of Oakleys I purchased in 1992. They are old but still function as they did originally. I prefer my newer glasses but I guess I will have to go back to Oakley.

I have been a die hard Costa sunglasses fan. I had my favorite pair on and leaned down to tie my shoe, they fell maybe from 4' high, and it snapped the middle of the sunglasses. My Costas had a lifetime warranty, I am done with Costa unless they change their mind. #costadelmar
