I had a older pair of Permits and my arm broke off . Costa replaced them free of charge , when I received my new pair I noticed where mine failed they fixed this problem so it wouldn't happen again with the new ones ...I had the same thing happen to a pair of Oakleys and they wouldn't replace them so I bought these Costas and I have absolutely loved these sunglasses from day one ..Costas customer service is great . This is the only sunglasses I will buy now .
