The time it took to do the repair was longer than spoke of originally. It seems that more business is taking in than they can handle. Also, unaware of when parts could be ordered given an excuse. I never really like companies or people giving excuses.

New noises in stering.

They do good work but i wish there was some type of loaner car service when they keep your car for over a week.

Told us if could be as much as $1600. All he did was move stick around and diagnosed did not drive or put in on rack. He said slave cylinder was problem but should replace cutch, flywheel and master cylinder. I didn’t agree since it seemed to bea a linkage problem. But we went home and did all the work they suggested. $500 on parts. When we were done still had some problem. They totally mod diagnosed. Called them back asking if they rebuild top end shifter forks and we’re rudely told “ if you would have brought it here you would be back on the road” . I guess that means the would have charged us $1600 and than said oh it now needs top end rebuilt now at more cost. No thanks we will go elsewhere.

Was surprised to see that Manager was unaware that you could second source Tansmission lines from Auto Zone , Advanced , NAPA etc.. said that he just always uses the dealer. Well thats nice if you dont have to be worried about being on a budget. Then when i brought the truck in we spoke at lenght about the Deten or kickdown cable being broken and dissconnected. he told me that fixing that would be part of repairing the transmission stating, "When i rebuild a transmission it gets all of that new." I remember this specifically because i even entertained having them install a trans i found on marketplace and he told me that it wouldnt come with it. The most upsetting part of the experiance was that i had asked him what would the worst case scenerio about the price. Now i know he cant see the future but to quote me 2500, then to come at me with 2800 plus the 300 the dealer wanted for their hoses, I was upset. Thankfully i got the hoses from Auto zone for 50 bucks and they put them in for free and lowered the price to 2600.

After two years of waiting to claim my two year warranty, I got a new transmission for free. So I'm not really sour about the experience but these people are not honest, they play games with peoples ignorance's so be careful.

My car at this time isn't running that good yet. Giving another week to see improvement. Also crease in front bumper that was not there when car was dropped off. Seems car was backed into etc. Will call shop on Monday 22nd.
