Just ordered a replacement gasket for my mask. La Toya was an excellent rep to work with. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. I can buy supplies from any number of companies. It is the customer service that brings me back to CPAP.com.

I had ordered a Dream station go with humidifier and after receiving it decided to get the case that would carry both along with a battery. LaToya was awesome . She really gave me great advice as to the product I was trying to purchase and made the necessary changes to my order to prevent me from having to get a new prescription and pay for a whole new face mask when I only needed to replace the elbow which broke . not only did she save me money on this order , she saved me a lot of time.
