I called to place an order for a travel CPAP and spoke with Jacqueline who is a true delight! She was extremely helpful, patient with me. On top of that, we laughed a lot as we shared CPAP stories. She said to call her after I get my machine for helping setting it up. A++!

I was going back and forth on a travel CPAP and kept ordering the wrong parts. My trip is coming up and I still don't have everything I need. Daryl was extremely kind and patient and helped me fill my order quickly. I appreciate that he knew exactly what part I would need and when it was out of stock, what would supplement the part. What I thought would be difficult to handle over the phone wound up being the complete opposite, thanks to Daryl!

I call CPAP.com and talked with Korinne about ordering supplies for my travel CPAP machine. She was very fast and efficient in getting my order together and finding my past history. She also sent me the confirmation email that got to me very quickly while we were still on the phone. CPAP. com has good online systems that work fast and efficient as well as having good employees to take good care of the customers.

Nick was beyond patient and willing to problem solve my issue (I knew it was my lack of knowledge and I was right!) Nevertheless, he hung in there with me and we resolved the issue. Thank you for hiring great customer service reps.
