I have ordered from these folks for years. I recently ordered a new cpap unit and accessories and they took my money then promptly sold the cpap I had purchased! I sent them the prescription (mine had expired, they had it) within a day of the order. I was told because I didn't have a prescription on file they sold my cpap!!! I tried calling them and was on hold over 30 minutes, then hung up. This company has gone from good to awful. I'll never buy anything from them again. There are a lot of cpap suppliers online and I had no trouble ordering my cpap after I cancelled this order. I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere!!

It all started when I had placed an order for a product with the company. Customer service emailed me back for clarification on my order and if I could call them back at their 1-800 number. I called the number and after clarifying what I needed, customer service was able to determine what I needed that cost much less than the original order. Thankful for the service they have provided, I ended up ordering two items with still saving on costs. I feel that working on the customers need is so important and not just the bottom line. I rarely see this, but with this company it was all about the customer. Kudos CPAP.com
