I called cpap.com today to ask about the filters which attach to the hosing, and to place an order for this product. I have never used that filter type before. The customer service person was informative and cordial. I was very satistfied with the service I received.

My cpap machine has been recalled and doctor advised to stop using so I started looking for a new one. I found on online and was told it would be 3 weeks before it was shipped. I was using my old machine that I had kept, thankfully, as a backup. I ordered from them and after 3 weeks I was told it would be another 3 weeks as there was a big run on cpap machines because of the recall. So I went back online and found CPAP.COM and they assured me it would ship out the next day and I would receive it in 3-5 business days. I ordered it on a Friday morning and FEDEX delivered it to my door Sunday afternoon. What a great company to do busness with. Thank you M. Nineka @cpap.com.

My old CPAP machine is 10 years old and the note comes up on its screen saying it’s motor life is expiring. It’s been some weeks now since my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance is finally okaying my getting a new machine but the local American home patient doesn’t have any. My sleep doctor gave me the cpap.com website and I looked through the machines available. The process went quite smoothly thanks to Camyatta. My sleep doctor faxed the prescription to cpat.com and being old school I wanted to order a machine from someone in person instead of off our website. Camyatta Was totally up to date on knowing her machines and everything about them. She took care of all my questions and was very polite. Being retired after 31 years in the customer service field it was a pleasure to have Kamyatta on the other end of the line taking care of business. Thank you so much. It’s great to know that I’ll have a new CPAP machine in about a week.
