Wyona - I do see your order in our system for the one part, but do not see any other orders. I've made a small adjustment to the shipping cost for you. As to the other comments, our phone system is not set up to hang up on customers and they are always on during business hours. I fear you bought your other products from another company since I only found the one order for you.

Hello Nancy - I took a look at your order and you are correct, it would seem your husband did order it for you as his email address seems to be on the order (it was not randomly shipped to you). Upon receiving the order, I see that we did call you twice (12/16 and 12/17) but had to leave a message both times(never getting a call back). Thinking this might be a holiday gift, we decided to go ahead and ship the order. Obviously, there is no way for us to know that you already had this product. The good thing - you can return it for a full refund.

Hi Robert - We are very sorry for that delay in getting the item to you. We handed it off to USPS on 12/4 and it would seem their logistics channel was not able to deliver until 12/14. Far too long and something I wish we could control. I will be making an adjustment to your order which you should see shortly. COVID and the holidays has really taxed our carriers. Hi Kevin - I'm really sorry that you found our customer service to be subpar. I see you placed an order on 6/27 over the weekend and it was shipped UPS on 6/29 (Monday). The order looks pretty straight forward, so I'm sorry that you had such an unpleasant experience. We will look into what may have been the issue and try harder going forward.
