We requested (3) NEW hard drives, but received (2) used hard drives.
We requested (3) NEW hard drives, but when they arrived there were only (2) hard drives that were not NEW. We were advised that they were "new pulled" which we thought would be New factory sealed. We were then advised that they were used for testing a server and had between 30 - 70 Hrs. of on timer. That is not what we consider NEW. It was a bait and switch tactic that was not appreciated. It was an underhanded way to make a sale.

The condition "New Pulled" and "Quantity" was communicated during our correspondence, and we regret that this led to a mismatch in expectations. This is not the experience we want for any customer. We remain committed to resolving this matter and have reached out directly to discuss a replacement or refund that works for you.
