The hostess Belinda that greeted us when we came in, was very nice and even acknowledged my daughter that is disabled. John, the waiter was very professional, and polite. The fish fry today was a little tough. My husband had the catfish and he said that was very tasty and flaky. we will be back to try the fish again.

Cracker Barrel Miller Ln., Dayton, OH every Thursday. It’s my day to go. My favorite waitress is Danielle. She always make sure everything is perfect. I never have to ask for anything. She automatically understands and takes care of it. Shes the best and she makes it a pleasant experience.

I used the app to order a slice of cocoa cola cake from the Fairlawn, Ohio store, but when I got home I discovered that I had been given carrot cake. I called the store and spoke to a manager, Angela. She apologized for the mistake and asked what I wanted to do. I explained that I wanted the cocoa cake and would drive back to get it. She told me that she was going to give me an extra piece of cake for the inconvenience of having to make a second trip to the store. I thanked her for providing great customer service and I picked up 2 slices of cake. Thanks again Angela.

We were greeted by a smiling face, acknowledged within minutes, had drinks and food within 20 minutes. Charisma was a fantastic server. She was very attentive and made sure to repeat our order. She made sure we were satisfied with everything. It was amazing.

Had lunch at Greenville Al Wednesday July 29, 2026 Waitress was excellent, she should be training waitress across the country I think her name was milessa or milinda young lady long braided hair glasses. She was the best server I've had in a long time including fine dining The food was very good, hot well prepared but it was served perfectly salad first then entre tea was constantly monitored....most pleasant dining experiences if had in a long time.

My family and I are frequent customers at the Cadiz, KY location and we always request ADRIANA as our waitress! We have actually left if she is not working and will wait if she doesn’t have a table available. She is the absolute best! We have been requesting her for a couple years now. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and a positive attitude, very sweet and kind! It is very rare to find someone so young that is as amazing as she is at her job!
