So came from a different website trying to shop for a part that was never delivered to me, I paid 20 something for shipping and then I am told I have to go look for it at a different location, wasting my time and gas on these days, and after placing my order here, must have been minutes after placing it got confirmation that had been shipped with that company that lost my 370 $ something package, I contacted someone at crafmaster asking them I wanted to cancel and all I got was we cannot do anything order is on it's way and can't recall the strange part is after 4, 5 days package was 2 stops to be delivered and decided to check via mail when I got a surprise that they can recall packages even when they don't have it because that is what I was told and they would need to wait for the package to get to their warehouse to check something so I can get my refund, please don't waste your time or anybody's if you are not responsible or honest

They advertised product they did not have in stock, then they accused me of engaging in credit card fraud and they wanted a copy of my utility bill to prove my address. When I told them to just cancel my order, they said they did so, but then they did not reverse the charges or issue a refund, even after several emails. I ended up resolving this by disputing the charges through my card issuer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Took over a month to receive our order i was not told at purchasing it would take that long.

I ordered a key 14 days ago and still have not received it. Sent and email to the company and they have not responded. I am wondering if this is a scam.

Your guys website isn't user friendly. I found the item I wanted but couldnt place it into my cart. It had a option to pick a right angle but I needed the straight one and there's no option for that so I'm guessing that's why I wasn't able to add it to my cart.
