Product was discontinued but offered on website as in stock and allowed me to purchase. Never notified me and only learned about issue weeks later after calling to check in purchase status. Learned card isn’t billed until product shipped so there was no worry of charge.

Hi Joey, We apologize for missing the discontinued buzzer button. We only run your card when the item is shipped so charge was not put through. Thank you for considering us. We will take item down right away. Thank you for your feedback. Dan D

Products were fine. To complete your shipment, one of the two your shipments, USPS routed through the USA and took over a week to be delivered.

My favorite thing about Craftmasters is you have anything and everything I need and your sales associate Michael Maroldi is extremely knowledgeable and able to help me figure out what I need. My biggest issue is lead time. Our business department it telling me to stop ordering from yall because it is taking a super long time to get orders and when they call to get an update no one can give them an answer on when we will get our orders.

Hi William, Thank you for the kind words about Michael. He is a hardware expert. Apologies for the eta dates. The Manufacturers sometimes push dates out. Michael has been in touch to give you the latest update. Thank you for your business! Dan D

You did NOT provide any reason for a price increase!

Hi Bob, We had a computer situation and we fixed it. You have been issued a credit for the 95 cent difference on this. Thank you for your patience. Dan D

Easy to find parts and what I needed. No way to track shipment. Still waiting on it.

Ok, so ill be fair about this, when I called and asked them if they had a part in stock, they said yes and I expressed how concerned i was about it shipping the same day to keep a customer happy. They said with hesitation would ship the same day. I noticed on emailed invoice that they included sales tax, and as a reseller, we are tax exempt. I sent an email asking for tax to be refunded. Now, expecting the item had shipped, I get a call 2 days later asking for tax exempt certificate, which i shouldve been able to just give our number, and notified item had not shipped. Now Im upset, because why would I care about $4 in tax when part is holding up $5,000 job and now customer is upset! Why wait 2 days when expressed how important it was to ship same day? As far as the price paid, yes, I feel like I got gouged, but you did have the part and we needed it, so you get a gold star for that.

Hi Jerry Thank you for the feedback. The stupid question you reference appears to be around collecting a tax certificate you needed to provide so you would have tax charged on your order. You didnt respond in 2 days to the request and were upset we didnt ship. My guess is you would have been upset if we did ship and charged you tax. Have a nice day.

Long delivery time but you were very kind in explaining it to me and letting me cancel my order if I wanted (didn't)
