I can’t say enough good things about Credit Acceptance, and especially my representative Austin Clos. From start to finish, Austin went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and straightforward. He was extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly. Any time I had a question, Austin was quick to respond and took the time to explain things clearly instead of rushing through or using confusing jargon. He followed up when he said he would, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure there were no surprises. That level of communication and reliability is rare these days and truly appreciated. What really stood out was his customer service — you can tell he actually cares about the people he works with, not just the transaction. He made the experience feel personal, not like just another number in the system. Because of Austin, working with Credit Acceptance was a positive experience from beginning to end.
