Experience with CAPS has been great, portal is easy to use and funding is fast and super simple. They are our #1 finance lender we use to get deals done in house. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is fees are definitely on the higher end. Other than that its a great lender to sign up with especially if you are a small dealer.
