Customer service was awesome. Owner responded back to my questions in less than half hour after sending email. Just ordered the new Cruz Tri tent and should receive in 7 days. I'll right another review after I receive the tent and camp in it. Great website.

Delivery time from order date was slow even taking into account it came from USA. The quality of the crua tri was excellent. The online instructions were also very good. Looking forward to many years of camping.

I did not have much luck finding some information I was looking for. I was on the mobile version of the site, so perhaps that explains it. I did a search and initiated a chat, but neither proved fruitful. I found what I was looking for elsewhere online. I ended up purchasing the crua hybrid. I'm excited to use it. But I wasn't too impressed with the site.

If you are reading these comments and trying to decide to back a CRUA project or buy their products. I would highly advise against it. DON'T DO IT. My experience has been horrible. In my 25 years as a consumer I have never experienced customer service this terrible. No response to emails multiple times, no response to phone calls and inability to satisfy reasonable customer requests are just some of the brutal experiences I've had in trying to receive my product. Over a month since they cleared customs and still no product. If UPS can't find them then guess what THEY ARE LOST - SEND ME NEW ONES. Things get lost, I get it. Don't ignore your customer! We pay your bills!! You are nothing without us!!! So with no solution to my missing product I am now forced to go out and spend more money on a tent for my family vacation. Thanks for nothing @Derek and the incompetent team at Crua. I'll be sure to let everyone in future know the quality of your company and it's service.

Like many of us, I was looking for a sleep system that would give me options while I was outdoors. This is exactly what the Crua hybrid provides. After setting it up in its tent form,along with the self inflating mattress and sleeping bag, I am impressed. It's rather straightforward in assembly, the fabric is tough,and the seems are well done. The design is well thought out for practical and durable use. I have never seen a self inflating pad before so to me this thing is really cool. It rolls up a lot smaller than the conventional pad I had been using, and will be much easier to pack around. I was a little bit leary of the sleeping bag, but this thing is no joke. It seriously is one of the nicest bag I have seen. Very well made and nicely insulated. I have yet to set it up in its hammock form and this is where I would appreciate some printed instructions on setup and how to fold all of it back up. Crua has a top notch product here, well done Crua,well done.

Hands down the highest quality tent on the market! Last year, I blew through two (expensive) tents , and after testing out my new Crua... I know that I will not have this problem again. The tent performed exactly how it was advertised. It was incredibly warm during the night when temps dropped below 30 degrees, and it managed to provide a cool, shady space during the heat of the afternoon. Also...I loved being able to actually sleep in with the insulated blackout design! These guys are the greatest and their service was impeccable. 5 Stars All Day!
