Total scam! When it comes time to cash out all of the sudden customer services stops responding to you and money never leaves the site. I've been trying to cash out for over 3 weeks and still ..no luck. Avoid this casino!!

UPDATE: Thanks for getting back to us, we can see that a withdrawal was never requested within the account Rob. It's also worth noting that only one account per player or household is allowed according to the terms and conditions of the casino and there are 3 accounts matching your physical address, phone number, and IP address in our system. We'd love to help but in this situation there is little we can do. Hey Rob, sorry to hear you're having issues. Reply to the request for further info we've submitted through the Trustpilot system, we definitely wat to help!

I requested a withdrawal almost a week ago and have not received, just says "pending".... This casino claims to have "crazy fast" withdrawals, but customer service says 7 to 10 business days to process, even for Bitcoin... False advertisement. *Update: Apparently my withdrawal has been approved, yet hasn't appeared in my Bitcoin wallet, nor is there any information available about the transaction. When asked, Customer service had the following to say: "As I can see that your withdrawal request was approved on 1/10/2023. You will receive your amount through our time frame Alisha." "...From the date of your withdrawal request, there is a one-business day review period for approval. Most payments will be sent on the same day of approval, but it may also take up to 72 hours. We encourage you to wait out this period before reporting any delays. Thank you for understanding." If this is the way they handle Bitcoin, I don't even want to think about what the prices involves for using a payment card. Yikes!

UPDATE: Thanks so much for getting back us with your information, we had a look and it appears the request was missed by the automated system and needed to be done manually which has slowed things down significantly, apologies for that. Really. We can 100% confirm however that the withdrawal has been approved and sent for disbursal, unfortunately there are actual humans involved now so it's not lightning fast. That said, you should be receiving the payment to your Bitcoin address as soon as it can be manually processed. Really sorry for the delay. Hey Kat, sorry to hear you're having issues. We want to help! Reply to the request for further information we've submitted, we can locate your account and assist if possible.

UPDATE: We had a look for you Sabrina and it appears you won and withdrew on your deposit, the withdrawal was delivered via Bitcoin on January 9th not too long after you requested it. If you're talking about cashback (aka insurance) it is only paid out on player losses, since you won and cashed out and your wins were equal to or greater than your deposits there would have been no losses eligible for cashback. I hope this clarifies things, great hearing from you! Hey Sabrina, we wanna help. Reply to the request for further information we made through the Trustpilot system so we can find your account, if we can assist we are on it!

I gave 3 stars because it's been 3 days since I withdrew my winnings & it finally got approved today but still not sent to my Bitcoin wallet. When my deposit hits I'll definitely change it to 5 stars being I didn't spend any cash & I hit off of a free chip that I was offered.

All our best and thanks for reaching out! Hey Dakotalady, let's see what's up. Reply to the request for further info we made so we can locate your account. If we can help we are on it!

Won two times and tries to withdraw, 1st time i got 100 of 150 withdrawn, the second time i withdrew 100 and got nothing yet. Under transactions there is always a new withdrawal from the manager, that money never gets to my crypto wallet. Its a big scam! All requirements were met fornthe withdrawal and they took most of the money.

UPDATE: Thanks for getting back to us Klemen, we were able to locate and review your account. The first withdrawal was on our $105 welcome chip, it comes with a $105 maximum cashout. We see that went out shortly after to your Bitcoin account. The second requested withdrawal was from SPINLOKO free spins which carries a $50 maximum cashout, that went out soon after as well. If you want to WIN BIG clean cash deposits have no withdrawal limit and as you see, you win WE PAY. Hope you enjoy the free cash and this clarifies things for you, all our best and great to hear from you! Hey Klemen, sorry to hear you're having issues.
