Crypto Loko CasinoReviews of cryptoloko.com

I love crypto Loco cuz they're cash out was easy the game for fun to play it was easy to make it get it to the point where I was able to get have my winning deposited into my account it was hella cool so I just really like it

Like many others on this page, I received the free $105 no deposit bonus. I met the wagering requirements and went ahead to cash out. I submitted all the necessary KYC documents and they were also approved. Within 24 hours, I was blocked out of my account. I contacted the customer support team and they replied with , "We regret to inform you that your casino access has been revoked. The decision is, unfortunately, irreversible. Any casino account can be closed solely at our discretion as part of our policies to ensure game fairness, the safekeeping of company assets, and our third-party payment service providers.'. Esssentially there is no specific reason for them not to pay out though I am highly concerned about what they are doing with all of our documents. The casino is not licensed and they have been bombarding me with promos to make a deposit even though I have been blocked. I wouldn't trust them with a deposit. If they are not paying out to all the players on the page, you are unlikely to be paid either. Since I’ve been blocked I don’t have any idea what my username is but no replies have been received by email when I asked why I’m not being paid.

I've had no issues with Crypto Loko at all. I signed up and played on the very generous sign up bonus they gave me and was able to cash it out for the max amount without making a deposit first. Also, it was easy to get verified and once they sent the payment I had it with 30 mins or so bc they pay in Bitcoin. I will definitely deposit with them and play for sure. I like a Casino I can trust! Thanks Crypto Loke Casino!!

I think this online casino is a top 5 in my book. I will recommend to others

I had a no deposit bonus and met the play through and ended up winning. I withdrew to bitcoin and it said pending than all of a sudden it say approved and the money taken out of my account and now I have no money in my account and I have never received my winnings can't get ahold of no one so I would not recommend this to anyone. I have filed a complaint against them with the BBB so they are going to be looking into this casino.

Great casino but they are NOT honest about their withdrawal times. The marketing claims “within minutes” but my current withdrawal request has been pending for over 72 hours. They claimed only the 1st withdrawal should take that long so I’m not sure why my 2nd withdrawal is taking longer than my first? The chat option is currently not working either. Username: 6p17l4o5xy UPDATE: They finally paid out once they responded to my review. I just submitted a request for a $50 withdrawal from my free spins daily bonus so THIS will be the true test on whether their “pay out in minutes” claim is legit. I will update in an hour to let everyone know if I get my pay out as fast as they claim. UPDATE: Still no payment made. I don’t think anyone has actually ever gotten payment within minutes. People signed up for their casino with this promise made and it’s just a bait and switch. Again, I don’t NOT like cryptoloko but I’m disappointed in their trickery. I wish they’d just be up front about pay out times and less people would complain. They spend more time giving excuses than they do processing payments. UPDATE: 3rd withdrawal is still pending. Customer service said that withdrawals take 3-7 business days. They claim “in minutes” but openly admit to long wait times. The marketing is 100% a bait and switch. If you want withdrawals within 24 hours, do not use cryptoloko.

I had a lot of fun on the site and actually won! Using the free chip I was given I actually hit a jackpot and was able to cash out via crypto for $105. However my cashout was listed as "approved" but is not in my crypto wallet. I cannot find a link to any live chat option and the customer service department has not returned my emails. Hoping I get some service on this soon.

SCAMMERS!!!!!
