Sandy is amazing

The instructor was very personable and knowledgeable.

i thoroughly enjoyed Adobe Captivate, The instructor showed A+ attention to class members, checking that instructions were understood, helping if there was confusion, and willing to wait for attendees to catch up when delayed.

This course has benefited me a lot, and will surely prepare me for my future career!

The CTS training is general is very good. I have taken several certification prep classes( AWS CP, Agile SCRUM, ITIL, LEAN Six Sigma) there. All were excellent and prepared me very well for the certification exams. The CISSP class with Lamont Robertson is exceptional! I feel strong for the exam after Lamont's class.

The training system used is one in which the student must be self motivated and follow up on their own. The classes are detailed and help is available via email or telephone but are geared towards the student being somewhat familiar with the subject.

Sandy was easy to relate to, you didn't feel uncomfortable, If you made a mistake or got on the wrong screen, she was there to help and bring you up to speed. The experiences on the various features, gave you more confidence, mistakes can be corrected.
