One of my items was damaged in shipping. I left a vm and also an email with a picture of the item. No one ever got back to me. I understand it's a small thing, but I needed them for an event, which is why I rushed shipping on them. However, no one ever returned either of my messages to refund or replace the item.

My first order was simple. I ordered 8 of one size and 4 of the other. I did not receive the 4. If a simple order is filled incorrectly, I wonder how accurate a large order would be. On the upside, customer service was friendly, and very accomodating. They had the missing items shipped immediately. Thank you!

Love, love, love your products but I have to schedule at least 45 minutes to an hour to create two separate orders for my two shops because your website is so slow. Everytime I add an item to my shopping cart, your site takes me to the shopping cart which is totally unnecessary and a huge waste of time. Updating quantities takes forever. It's just agonizing how incredibly slow your website is. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you though and I hope there is something you can do about it.
