Well worth the wait …
It took a long time to get the product but I finally got it today I love it. Definitely would wanna do the subscription

Terrible experience...no product yet!!
I ordered this back over a month ago...i had no idea that this product was coming from China as it is not disclosed on their website. I have sent 2 emails to the conpany through their contact us section with no reply back at all. One of them was sent 2 weeks ago. This is ridiculous how poor the customer service is as well as not having the product in the country and able to honor the shipping times they state directly on their website. UPDATE: 2 more weeks have gone by with no resolution. I am told 2-3 business days, but the product has been in Loa Angeles for almost a month with no movement. I am asked to be patient and continue waiting. If my product hasnt moved in a month why isnt their customer service providing a complete experience and finding out why? Why does the company not disclose their product comes from China? This has become as bad as ordering from WISH.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had!!!!
This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with a company of receiving an order. My order for this product was on 12/12/23. Here it is 1/12/24 and not one response, from sending 6-7 emails! POOR customer service. Not one email response from anyone!!! I will never order this product again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I still have not received my order #140878 the company responded to my last review and copy and pasted to my email, but no other communication after many emails sent asking for my money back, A phone number would be nice or a response to my emails that is not a robot. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I am requesting my money back with no answers. My order has stopped in Oklahoma since December 31st 2023 and hasn’t moved since, I ordered on dec14th 2023 and it is now jan.11th 2024 IT’S A SCAM FROM CHINA UPDATE: As of Jan 20 I still have not received my order or a refund they said they shipped it again and now it’s stuck in Illinois somewhere according to the tracker of a shipping company that I’ve never heard of. They did email another robot response to me stating they are doing everything they can to get my order to me. But still more than a month later no order or refund What a joke I wonder how many people ordered and never got it and just gave up, they make it very hard to contact anyone real and just give robot responses with no way to talk to a human at all. Very frustrating, if you read their responses on here. they are exactly what I got in a email same day!!!!!!

Order not receive and no reply on email!
I ordered on November 23, they took my money right away but I still haven’t received my order. The shipping update change every week back and forth. I’ve emailed them for shipping updates but no reply. At this point I just want my money back. This website is f scam. Do better!

Updated. Overall a nice scent, I like it.
Cupid took care of the shipping delays. Update : 02/23/2024 I am satisfied with the product it has a nice scent, I would describe it as sweet and a hint of citrus but overall It’s something I would feel comfortable wearing everyday. It’s a clean and fresh scent. I recommend the product.

I have yet to receive my order and I ordered November 28/23. Tracking does suck, it hasn’t been updated since December 28 and I still don’t know where my order is. I emailed customer service December 15 and they were no help and they haven’t responded to my emails since. There was a number I found that was supposed to be their customer service but had nothing to do with them. I don’t know what kind of business this is, the only thing I could think of is scammers. I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from them. I’d rate them a -5 if I could. Stealing money is what they do.

Horrible customer service! Do not buy!!
I ordered this product back on 11/04/23. As I see with some other reviewers, the have experienced the same issue as me....order was placed, tracking number given, it showed has being held at shipping facility and then...that's it! No change in the tracking status, as of today (01/10/24)! Smh. I have sent them multiple emails and have gotten responses, but once I stated I was going to leave a crappy review...silence. No response back. Just wow. No follow up or even a "sorry to hear about your order disappearing and let us fix it by sending you another bottle." What a joke! So, I'm out $50 and I am letting all that read this review..."DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!" Customer service is a joke and they could not give a s#%t about your order or even fixing the issue. Oh, I even asked for a refund...crickets. You know on the street if you took $50 from someone...that equals a freakin' beat down! Lesson learned. Save your money and purchase from another company. This one is a scam! I normally do not give bad reviews, but this is some bulls$%t Customer service.
