We used Custom Designs for our packaging for our products at our newly launched medical (I.e. closely regulated) cannabis company, and Sean and his team did a great job! Sean was responsive and communicative, and was able to churn out exactly what we asked for on a super quick basis. Would highly recommend!

I have to admit I was skeptical when John first called. It's difficult to know who to trust. But he called back with a solution for our business that was hard to pass up. He was consistent and responded promptly each time I reached out. Can't beat the prices on the mylar ziplock bags, they're high quality and perfect for our needs. We started with 2k bags and production was true to what he told us and shipping was super fast! We are already hearing good feedback from our customers and are planning the timing of the next order. Happy Customers here.

Our overall experience with this company has been very concerning. From the beginning, we were informed that production had been affected by a factory shutdown and that our order would be delayed. After we raised concerns, the company arranged faster shipping, which helped recover some of the lost time. When the order arrived, the boxes were poorly made and could not be used for their intended purpose. The company then agreed to issue a refund. It has now been four months, and the refund is still unresolved. Each time we followed up, we were simply told that it was “being processed,” without a clear timeline or meaningful update. Today, we were informed that the refund would be issued partially, in weekly installments—something that had never previously been communicated to us. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company proceed with caution.
