So happy I answered the phone that first day!
I've used to same printing company for the last 10 years, but one day got a call our of the blue from Zoe at Custom Designs Boxes. I was very hesitant, to say the least, but it was perfect timing as we were about to reorder our custom gift boxes from our other vendor. Zoe was so patient with me, as it took me a few weeks to commit, as I didn't trust their prices could be as competitive, compared to what I normally would pay. She sent me samples, and even let me speak to her supervisor to confirm printing and shipping prices. I felt almost bad at this point if I didn't go with them with all the time and energy Zoe gave me to make this sale. She was truly wonderful and I am so so pleased with our custom boxes! AND they came out to be at least 1/2 the price of my previous supplier! THANK YOU ZOE!

My new go-to
Jacob really went out of his way to make a customer out of me. The custom boxes are high quality, the printing is unbelievably professional. I'm really impressed. They will be my go-to for custom boxes.

Excellent Mylar Bags and Customer Service
I recently ordered Mylar Bags from Custom Design Boxes, and I am thoroughly impressed with their quality and service. The bags are of excellent quality, exactly what I needed for my products. The customer service was outstanding, and the turnaround time was much faster than I expected. A special thanks to Brayn, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Overall Great
Ordering was a little tricky, I feel they need to revamp their website to take more payment options. But the boxes came on time and were great quality!
