Fantastic quality! I printed these calendar Realtor magnets two years in a row. I’m so impressed I won’t order with anyone else. Geneva their representative is great to work with and made sure the order went smoothly. I highly recommend!

I've had the pleasure of working with Whitney Griffin for the past few years on some very big orders. She is very friendly, professional and knows her craft. She makes sure all the steps are done thoroughly and fast. Whitney responds to my questions quickly and accurately. When I work with Whitney I am totally confident that I am in good hands and the project will go through quickly and smoothly. That's exactly how it's gone each time. In fact, it gets better each time. She is very much a pro. I look forward to working with her for years to come. AJ Losito Sales Rep Allied Business Service

I have to brag on Custom Magnets Direct and specifically Taylor Garr. I was assigned the task of designing/ordering 1,000 magnets for our church members. After shopping around, I decided to give Custom Magnets Direct a try due to their competitive pricing and user friendly website. Once I had entered my information, one of the company representatives, Taylor Garr reached out almost immediately to offer assistance. Taylor was super helpful in walking me through the process as well as answering all my questions. The magnets were completed and shipped super fast. The quality of the magnets is excellent and they match perfectly as described and seen on the website. Once our staff met and talked about our order, we decided to order an additional 1,000 magnets of a different shape, design and size so that our members would have options as to how to use them. I reached back out to Taylor looking for advice as to what we were wanting to accomplish. She quickly responded and made it all happen with ease. We are now looking forward to our second order to come in from Custom Magnets Direct. Custom Magnets Direct will absolutely have our business in the future due to their excellent quality of products as well as competitive pricing. Taylor Garr goes above and beyond to insure the customer is taken care of in every aspect of the business. Thank you to all!

They were professional and provided proof of image before the final production of my custom graphic. There was a mistake in the delivery address which took time to correct. I am pleased with the final result.

I ordered magnets to go with a promotion I was doing. They arrived late, and were terribly printed. The logo went off the magnet on the majority of them. The "best" ones were totally off center. I called immediately and they asked to send photos. I did that a week ago. Today they told me it would be a week, and they haven't even gone back into production. In my opinion, if you screw up someone's order as badly as they did, you put them at the top of the queue and overnight the new product. I'll never do business with them again; people are waiting for this product and I guess they get to just keep waiting. So disappointing.
