What made my experience great was the customer service. After I initially made my purchase online. I decided I wanted the nomad pro instead. So i called the number on the website. That went to Aventon, and said it wasn’t set up. The other number that’s shown on social media nobody answered. So I was pretty frustrated! Pissed really. Because I was trying to get ahold of someone to change my order before it shipped. So I start thinking WTF the money went through my account already, bike hasn’t shipped and I can’t even get ahold of anyone and the number goes to a different bike company? Well anyway I get a email the next day that says my bike is on its way. So through that email I meet Audrey who basically explained I could’ve exchanged bikes, but also assured me I would be happy with the urban x model that I ordered. She explained that there weren’t much differences other than the fat tires. But I appreciated her input and I felt confident I made the right choice. Anyway my bike arrived a couple days later and I put it together and took it for a cruise! And I’m stoked it so smooth! I love it! Thanks again and thanks Audrey!!
