The website was very user-friendly and explained all the details about the bike in a very well to understand manner. Whenever my bike arrived I opened the box and everything was packaged extremely well and tight making sure the bike wouldn't be moving in the box. The assemblation was the easiest I have ever dealt with, all instructions are clear and easy to follow. The added toolkit comes with absolutely everything you need to make sure your bike is secure when bolting are tightening. Customer service is also top tier. They are always there if you have problems and will assist you in the best way they can. I've been helped with the speed adjustment, they helped me within 1-5 hours of sending my email. The quality of the bike feels very expensive and it looks really awesome probably the best one on the market. Added suspension and hydraulic brakes that's something you can't beat. Feels very safe and secure. Great quality great service keep it up!

Well-made E-Bike with great customer support. We had an issue with the kickstand after purchase, and they got a replacement to us in record time. Can't say enough about the quality and craftsmanship put into their products. High recommend.

Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. Assembly was easy and customer service was responsive and accommodating.

Le service client est excepionnelle et reactif, je suis tombée sur Audrey, d’une aide et d’une gentillesse sans pareil ! Je recommande fortement !

Service was very good, And the bike is really good and I believe at a very reasonable price.

We got this bike for our son for Christmas, it was an instant hit! The bike is made well , very sturdy and runs great! We had an issue with the handle bar and reached out to customer service. They went above and beyond! The rep genuinely cared about what happened and worked very quickly to send us the replacement part we needed. I can not say enough good things about their product and the way they care for their customers! In this day and age this level of customer care is not seen very often! Not to mention the quality in the product. Thank you!

My bike is great. I take it on adventures all the time and the customer service responds pretty fast normally. It's a really good class 3 ebike.

The best bike to commute
