I was told is would recieve a complimentary basket bundle of samples,for promoting them . Well I have not recieved it ,and of course no one knows anything. I just cant promote dishonesty, or fake promises.

Things that I appreciated about my transaction with DecantX: Website Design: The website looks like most other generic decant websites at first glance, but it's actually much, much better. You have the ability to browse and search for fragrances by the concentration, season, country or origin, scent accords, suggested season or time of day, brand..etc. I found the ability to search for scent by the scent family unusally informative and helpful. I want DecantX and the person that runs the site to know that the extra effor and time that they've invested in their website is noticed, appreciated and helped me increase my first order from 4 scent decants to 12 scent decants! I'd rank the website design at 9 out of 10. Selection of Fragrances and decant sizes: Amazing selection of older scents, newer scents, super rare and obscure scents (such as Mancera Wind wood) and trendier scents that may be trending on TickTok and social media. You also get 4 different decant sizes and the prices are commensurate and seem equitable and fair as you go up in decant size. I'd rank their selection of fragrance and decant sizes as a 8.5 out of 10. Pricing & Discounts: The pricing of their scent are very competitive and the way they scale up in prices in regard to the decant size or the avaibility of rare scents (such as YSL blue electrique) seem fair and reasonable. I'd rank their prices as 9.5 out of 10. Shipping Speed and Communication: Great - no complaints. Order places on October 15th, shipped on October 20th and delivered on October 22nd via FedEx. 8 day turnaround time is OK and I was happy with it. I'd rank this part of the transaction as 8 out of 10. Overall: I'd rank my first purchase with DecantX as a 9 out of 10 experience. I wanted to be detailed in this review - so that if other potential customers stumble upon this company - they'd have a REAL, detailed review that covers all basis from a happy customer. I am already thinking about doing another purchase because they have a black friday sale going on even though we're still about 2 weeks away from Thanksgiving!

Two tiny bottles took 5 days to ship. I ordered on a Thursday and the cologne shipped the following Tuesday. The package didn’t arrive in time for my trip, when I ordered more than a week out.

Great experience from top to bottom. Ordering was easy, I've put through 2 already. I had a slight problem with the second order, and not only were all my questions answered within hours, a replacement was sent out as well. Great company and service they provide.

Perfumes and colognes can change a lot from the opening to the mid to the dry down. They are also different between on paper, on skin, and on clothes. Spraying on a piece of paper at a store, smelling it, and throwing it away will not give you the best idea of how something will work on you. Decantx has a huge collection of designer and niche fragrances. I don't like in a big city, so to test some of these I would have to drive at least an hour and a half. Being able to order samples of basically whatever I want and have them delivered to my house, where I can test them properly is a huge benefit. Decantx has very fair prices, has legit products (I have compared their decants to what I smell in stores and to full bottles I've bought. Everything has been legit). They ship very quickly. I have had a few minor issues with atomizers not working, and Decantx's customer service has been top notch. I sent photos and videos of the issues, and they had replacements out the next day. They are very responsive to emails and provide great communications. I would highly recommend Decantx.

Decant X is an amazing company, their selection of niche fragrances, new releases, and a variety of old schools fragrances are great. Pricing is affordable and so worth it!!!

So I ordered a sample of Orpheon and had a problem with the smell, of course this wasn’t their fault and they made it clear. But eventually they refunded me my purchase very quick and reached out to me quick.
