I’ve had several orders form decantx and they have all been good. It’s great being able to try out scents without having to buy a whole bottle, it’s also great to get samples of really expensive colognes. They have a wide variety of scents and usually have promotions going on. The packaging is always secure and shipping is regular, only time I’ve had long shipping times is when they run big promos or holidays which is understandable. Decantx is my go to for cologne samples.

Minor issues with delivery but that was totally delivery companies fault. Anna helped me a lot, she responded quickly, contacted the delivery company, so I got my order fast. Very nice perfume. I always wanted to try this smell but was not ready to pay full price, so a sample is a good option.

DecantX is one of two decanting services I actually trust. Their prices are usually unbeatable, they reward regular customers and their customer service is fantastic with under 24 hr email response times. My only gripe is that the shipping they use is painfully slow, but I also understand it's how they pass savings on to us.

Anna provided top-notch customer service - I couldn't be happier with the resolution she offered, she was very professional and friendly and I can say with certainty that as a first time purchaser that due to Anna, I will with 100% certainty be back for more!

My product broke after I got it but they still replaced it!

I wanted to take a moment to give a review based on my personal experience when ordering from DecantX, specifically when working directly with Anna in Customer Service. She consistently delivers a fantastic customer service experience and is very responsive to emails whenever I run into any issues! No company is perfect, but anytime something is amiss with my orders, Anna is there willing to help make things right, whether that’s via a refund or replacement of a missed item in an order. She has turned me into a customer for life!

Attempted to cancel my order after a week with no update. Sent an email to cancel then miraculously my order ships after ignoring my cancellation email. I refused the delivery and had it sent back which is allowed by their own refund policy and never got a refund or response to multiple cancellation emails. Had to dispute with my credit card. Also, their phone number is some weird Google service phone number

I ordered a Miss Dior and a Carolina Herrera sample. I received the Carolina Herrera sample, but no Miss Dior. In the place of Miss Dior, they send Dior Homme which is a man's cologne. The two (Miss Dior and Dior Homme) are nothing alike other than they are both Dior. I have sent two messages to them concerning a refund with no response.
