I ordered swatches 3weeks ago. According to the tracking info with Fed-X they were in Aurora Colorado for 9 days while all that time it said "In transit". To where? 9 days at the same location without any progress. I still have not received them. I contacted Fed-X they claim they gave it to US postal service. Why? I contacted US postal service, they have no knowledge of the package at all. My order has been lost. Thanks for nothing but a headache.

The quality of the curtains exceeded my expectations. In addition, the customer service was excellent. My order ended up coming in two shipments, and they kept me informed. In addition, there was minimal packaging which I appreciated.

My house needed blackout curtains for a set of French doors that had an awkward framing; we found great color, material and dimensions from deconovo that filled our needs greatly. I got follow up emails to confirm specs, and it did take awhile for the shipping, but, very happy with the product. Highly recommend.

The curtains I ordered took more than a month to get which was not what I expected. The reason I give it 2 out of 5 is that they came wrinkled due to very tight packaging and have no care instructions for the fabric (velvet). Had the product been packaged better, the curtains would look good but they don't.

I asked multiple times if the blinds I was ordering were 2" venetian blinds. I asked because it was my understanding that "mini blinds" are narrow 1" blinds and "venetian blinds" are 2" wide. The listing never said "mini blinds." It said Venetian blinds. But the photos were of mini blinds. I got one answer after multiple tries from the person in customer service who answered the phone several times. She said yes, they were 2" blinds. I did not get 2" venetian blinds. They were mini blinds. I suspect neither of the people I spoke with several times knew what I was asking.

You can tell that the curtains are made out of quality material. Their not to heavy
