Ordered several samples but never received most of them. Had to email and call at least 4 times to get it resolved. Six months later, had still not received one of them. Finally gave up and ordered the sample from another supplier and received it within 3 days. Something wrong with the way Decorators Best is handling samples orders. Get it fixed!!!

The fabric fails to match the photograph especially in terms of the size of the design. I returned two shipments and the first was difficult. Decoratorsplus frequently sent the same pre-drafted email expressing dismay but without providing needed information on how to return. It took weeks to return item. Has an exhaustive selection of on-sale and regularly priced fabric and decent prices but no samples generally.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that not all brands have samples available. We understand the importance of seeing an item in person, that is why we recommend samples if available, or a cutting for approval. For the returning of items, we have to follow each brand's return policy while we coordinate the return with them and process this request which can sometimes take a couple of weeks for them to receive a return back and inspect it. I never received any shipping information on a $250 order. When I called, the employees were helpful and professional but seemed to have some difficulty locating the order and the delay issue. 2 months after my order and a phone call I received my order. You can't beat their selection but I was disappointed in the order confirmation and shipping process.

All orders are placed through us and shipped directly from the brands. If the brands do not have any stock they are shipped directly from the mills, which are sometimes located over seas. I ordered 2 samples and asked that they be left intact so I could get an idea of the pattern. I received 2 separate samples that gave no idea of the pattern. And this is the 2nd time I ordered the sample.

I ordered this fabric on May 4, 2017 ( Schumacher camden cotton check in Mocha) with an online confirmation the my 24 yards were in stock. This order was then followed by a message saying that it was back ordered until June 5, 2017 and I was told that without cancelling my order, my charge of $1092.00 would be held by you!!!!!!I thought this was somewhat unfair so I cancelled my order. Please let me know when it is back in stock and I will re-order.

The order was received on 05/04 and we reached out to you on 05/04 to confirm that the manufacturer only had a 20 yard piece and a 3.8 yard piece. The yardage was placed on hold pending your approval. On 05/05 we were notified to cancel the order and issue a refund. An authorization of payment is obtained for any and all orders submitted though the DecoratorsBest website. If the item is on back order, we will still send your order to the manufacturer for processing thus the payment authorization obtained through the website. Wallpaper was very pretty. But was upset that the wallpaper calculator told me I needed three rolls. What it didn't say was single or double so I ordered 2 double rolls just to be sure and was literally three inches wide too short. Had to buy another roll from a different dye lot with shipping all over again - which WAS NOT CHEAP. Would definitely look elsewhere for better shipping prices.

Please note that it is just an estimator and we recommend working with an expert in the field to help you install your wallpaper and advise you on how much to order since return options are limited and can be costly. I was looking for fabric to reupholster a couch. I purchased 10 yards of fabric on sale, twice. Both were not described correctly and did not look like the pictures. I think this is more the fault of Fabricut. Decorators best is a great site, and I should have gotten samples of the products. Your customer service representative Latoya was amazing and very helpful! She listened and took great care of my return. I really appreciated her help.
