I received all but one of the samples I ordered. I contacted customer service about the missing one but it never arrived. A few others I received twice. I no longer need the missing one as I’ve made my choices and will order soon.

I was looking for high-end fabrics for the draperies and found them at the Decorator's Best at great price. The fabrics I purchased were delivered fast and were as beautiful as shown. The only reason for 4 stars, and not 5 stars is, 12 yards of silk fabric I ordered was approximately 10 inches shy. I contacted the vendor and they eventually sent me the free return label. Once they received the fabric I returned, the Decorator's Best promptly credited my account. The customer representative, Latoya, was super pleasant and vey helpful. Thank you, Latoya!

As a follow-up to my prior post, a senior representative contacted me, apologized and gave me the 10% credit on all 3 of my recent orders. In addition, they gave me another $20 coupon on my next order. So I am happy with their follow-up and I'm glad they resolved the situation. I would absolutely use them again because they corrected this situation.

My shipment was short 1 roll when it came. I expected a second roll to come within the next couple of days. When it didn't show up on my doorstep, I phone Decoratorsbest and they expedited the shipment and were very generous and helpful too. My wallpapered wall looks fabulous and I loved the product! Easy to use and great results!

I ordered two swatches, thinking I would receive two small fabric samples which I could keep. I received two large samples directly from the fabric company which were on loan only and a return envelope was included to send them back. The samples were about 20" square which made it easy to see how they would look, but I would have liked to have had a small swatch to keep. The swatches were slow in arriving and Decoratorsbest followed up to make sure I received them. The colors/patterns didn't work for me, but I received good customer service.
