The shipping for the units was very quick. The installation of the units went well. I think they should explain a little more on screw placement and recommend how many should be used for mounting the indoor unit. But other than that things went well.

Well I purchased my della Mini Split unit in March and I finally got around to have a tech install the unit on the wall in the middle of April. The unit is really cold and very quiet but unfortunately I heard a low new sound coming from the condenser so I contacted customer support and I spoke with a young lady her name was Lizzie, she was very professional and she sounded genuinely concerned with my issues, I sent her a short video so she can show support tech, Lizzie told me that she would get back to me and she did less then an hour later to my surprise she told me that she will be able to send me a new unit her prompt resolution to my issue was something you dont see much today, it was exceptional service. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DELLA its a great mini split for the price and the customer service makes this a hassle free experience
