I was speaking with a Della representative and the she was very helpful with my issue. This is not the first time I have had to deal with Della support and I had a very good experience then. I like that you get a live person every time you call.

I am a senior citizen taking on the task of purchasing and installing a mini split. I had lots of questions and everytime I called Della they worked with me and were more than kind in each interaction. I accidentally purchased the wrong line sets and Elizabeth worked with me to get the new ones and send to other ones back. This team has been friendly and pleasant. I spent a lot of time reviewing Mini Splits and I am very happy I picked Della.

I had been trying to get parts by email,with no luck. I finally decided to call to talk to an actual person. Fortunately I got to talk with Nicole R and she was fabulous. She made sure she understood exactly what I was looking for so I got the right parts. She was very prompt in responding to me and very friendly and polite.

My pcb board failed. While it was warrantied it took 12 days to receive and multiple calls to correct the failure to ship.

Great product and a great team that stands behind it! I highly recommend Della minisplits firstly because of their top notch customer service, and secondly because they’re the only minisplit company that offers a lifetime warranty WITH a DIY install. You won’t find that anywhere else. Elizabeth (Lizzie) went above and beyond helping me with the questions I had along the way and was very prompt, courteous and knowledgable!
