I was desperate because my mini split was failing. I had it professionally installed and that company was supposed to have registered it, but did not, apparently. That a/c company is now out of business, so I had to buy another unit, but at a discounted price, so that was somewhat of a relief. I again had the new unit pro-installed, but I made certain to register it myself. Quick and concise communications with support and I had a new unit installed in under a week including shipping from Della.
