“I had a great experience with customer service, especially Nadia. I was unhappy with the interest rate being charged upfront, and she was able to refund me the contract fee since I no longer needed it. Although they kept the application fee, I was still very satisfied with the service provided. Nadia was understanding, professional, and made the process smooth. I appreciate the help and would recommend their service based on this experience.”

I had the pleasure of working with Phillip B. from Denefits, and I can’t thank him enough for helping me get a refund from a company that refused to take responsibility for their nonperformance. Throughout the process, there were moments when I was so frustrated and angry that I took it out on Phillip, but he remained calm, professional, and determined to make sure my concerns and complaints were handled. His persistence and dedication turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Initially, I thought I would never use Denefits again, but thanks to Phillip’s excellent customer service, I would now highly recommend this company!
