Customer service is god awful, they've got their phone-tree employees in a tin shack with concrete floors it sounds like and you can hear /every/ conversation going on through their end. APR is high asf but it's the first credit card I got out of high school with no credit so it's done its purpose well as far as I'm concerned.

Credit line is not in the control of user( cant even request for increase in limit) and also there are no upgrade options available or any benefits given to customers

Not good cash back. They don’t increase your credit limit on request. Really good for students. Not so many perks abd offers.

The problem of card failure often occurs, but the card with other banks can be passed. Now I have brought other credit cards with me and put this card in home

Limited operating hours. Payments can sometimes post late when you pay them the day before or on due date. I recommend to always screen shot your payment with date time and confirmation code, to send ad proof if there’s an error of payment posting on time. They are friendly and they do work well to resolve issues. I do like the app. Charges are immediately push notified to your phone. Balances seem to always be real-time. Card can easily be paused on app within 2 seconds.

Deserve's goal is to help our customers establish credit with positive repayment behavior. We have the same starting baseline credit limits and offer all customers the same opportunity based on their repayment record to increase their credit limit. Once, unaware, I had ordered shoes from a fake Skechers website and never received the merch. Deserve initially refunded me my money, but after a while the fake website had sent them some papers showing that it delivered my shoes. It never had, and I contacted Deserve after they took the expense of the merch from my card again. A Deserve representative said that my money will be returned to me again if I report this to police and send them the note. I did, but Deserve did not pursue the matter further, thus costing me my $99.00.
