I no longer pay for vision insurance! This place is amazing. Reasonably priced frames and prescription lenses. I have really bad vision and I didn't pay anywhere near what those optical shops charge with vison insurance.

I bought glasses on their website. The glasses they sent me were different from what was shown on the product page, and they charged me $21 ($10 return shipping + $11 original shipping) just to return the glasses, even though they falsely advertised what the product was. Edit: they replied to my review, had a customer service rep reach out, and ended up refunding $99.78 out of the total $108.97 cost of the order.

Sent the wrong glasses color/ style as ordered. I returned the glasses for full refund. Didn't even come with a lens cloth. Not a good impression for my first time order. The customer service agent didn't even try to fix issue.

Tortoise design always differs a little bit as every frame has the design a little different. As the color could be a little bit darker in actual as the picture on computer.
